The real problem here is that ad revenue on these videos, for that period of time they were flagged, was in many cases diverted to other recipients and companies. Will that money be returned to the correct ad recipient? If not, that could result in some legal action.

I can't understand why they're doing everything they can to lose their users, I mean a better site will obviously appear soon enough and people will want it. Heck even Dailymotion is looking appealing now.

How do we get law changed so that if someone believes something is theirs, they must prove it, rather than get it taken down? Instead of random bots that scan stuff, they should have lawyers that put together packages that say "yes, we own X, here is our license to it, please take it down."
