When will people learn that this is not ok?

It’s the protein your body cares about. Regular milk should do you just fine.

So how long do you suppose it is until the NRA declares it a constitutional right to own a F-15?

Don’t forget the Night Elf genocide. It makes me sick but Blizzard’s doing it, and somehow players are still expected to identify and side with the homicidal queen doing it.

Well there is silicone now, and the piece would last longer then too.

Except body paint, contacts and rubber elf ears are cheap. Hell even some scaly brow ridges would be pretty affordable. The only real reasons I can see not to let the X-men look a little weirder is either creative bankruptcy or profiteering. Both of which Fox has demonstrated in spades.

Oscars have never been about the actual quality of a film but the campaign behind it. It’s not so different from YouTube adds. The studios look for films they feel they can safely show off and be proud of without ruffling too many feathers and run an often unpublicized campaign to get it nominated and then ‘elected’

If the Wilhelm Scream didn’t show up in “Rogue One” either then “The Last Jedi” isn’t the one who ‘broke the tradition’ is it?

I can’t speak for everyone, but personally I watch/read X-men stuff to see unusual people - with tails, wings, blue skin, fur, etc - trying to be usual in spite of society’s discomfort with the unusual. Most of the X-men shows I’ve seen so far are just teen fashion models with super powers.

I think you mean ‘Federal Aviation Administration’.

Threw in the pencil before he could finish up the hair huh?

Just goes to show how one director can change a franchise. We went from Guillermo del Toro’s stylish cyberpunk kaiju war to a generic anime robot battle.

All this hubub over Black Panther is reminding me of when I was a kid in middle school and X-2 came out.

Wait...nope, still don’t need’em.

Neither did their supporters.

Or maybe they were just drunk?

Bendis is such a boring writer. I wish he’d stick to his own books and leave established characters alone.

It’s gotta start somewhere though, and Marvel has a long and storied tradition of turning messily written characters into cultural touchstones. See the early X-men comics and the Guardians of the Galaxy film renaissance.

Wait, isn’t it a good thing they might show ‘black’ culture as something for a ‘white’ person to aspire to?

A ‘Shakespearean Epic’ huh?
