I don’t get the vibe that Austin is bitter about it, YMMV. He’s just saying that’s what there relationship is. And if it’s true there’s really no reason IMO to think ill of Austin.

It doesn’t make sense that Patrick Ewing can’t get a chance to be a terrible coach for some team, given the retreads the NBA owners keep hiring. I don’t really have a reason to think he’d be a great coach, but he was a great player, he’s a big and he’s bothered to pay his dues unlike some of these guys.
