I think the idea is that typically men often forget to credit women, so this is a reminder to think about it and actively do it, so that men aren’t the only ones getting credit. If your workplace isn’t typical in this regard, then that’s great!

I work at autozone as well. and i wont lie. there are MANY autozones/oreillys/pep boys/advance auto ive gone to where the people couldnt help me in the time it shouldve taken them to help me. They acted like an rx7 was the rarest fucking car int he world.
