I thought the deer looked consensual because of the way it was dipping it’s hips. It appeared to be trying to get “in position” the same way it would for another deer. But since it was a monkey, the positioning didn’t really work.

I was using zero snark. I was offering my genuine best advice towards understanding. I used to get angry and confused when I would read how WOC feminists felt a lot of anger towards white feminists. “But we’re all on the same team!” I would think, and I didn’t understand why the WOC would be attacking friendly allies.…

I am an atheist, and when my mother died, many people told me they were keeping me and the family in their thoughts and prayers. I genuinely appreciated this, and never once thought anything but good thoughts about these people. I would proceed knowing that people understand your goodwill.
