What you describe in terms of the nuns being forced out simply isn’t what happened. They left, made a [very questionable] sale of the property, and then the nominal owner took over the place (with big plans complicated by a) the problems with the sale and b) general money problems).

I think it can be both a cash grab and a way to breath new life into older titles to remaster them. In my case there are titles I missed last gen that I’d like to play and getting remasters to enjoy them in a better presentation.
