As you should be…

Also in the UK, the offense is drunk in charge of a vehicle.

I’m a convert to self fusing tape, also known as F4 tape. It provides insulation and bonds to itelf without leaving any adhesive. A bit harder to apply, but worth it IMHO.

This, along with “I changed the oil, it’s been serviced” whilst completely ignoring everything else on the service schedule. Then claiming the vehicle is unreliable when something breaks as it was “serviced regularly”.

Genuine question from someone used to euro spec cars. Do you guys not have a high intensity fog light on the back of your cars? Everything has them here, they are usually only allowed to be used once the visibility is less than 100 meters.

I believe that a bold colour choice is a good way to make a 911 less boring.

I like the way you think. I was also looking for something that took the G back to it’s military roots and found this Finnish army version. Now, as someone who lives in Finland and is familiar with the weather, I really have to question the wisdom of no doors or roof.

Now playing

Drag Times with a demo of how effective the traction control is and how undrivable a Model 3 is when you do your best to bypass it.

I had a really close look, because I’m pretty sure it’s a…

Bring a Towel?

A fine point, I stand corrected.

Important for the UK market. As you may know, UK number plates tell you the age of the car. Range Rovers often get vanity plates, which do not indicate the age of the car. This way no one really knows how old your Range Rover is, unless they really know their stuff - important to the landed gentry.

Indeed. I sold a car I respected for its reliability but could never love to a friend. Even now I shudder every time I see it, its full of garbage and never cleaned.

Rather an old photo, but I’m sure my brother would agree, seen here in his Austin 7 special. The first and last car in which I experienced a four wheel drift on cow manure, an absolute blast.

Just to add to the speculation about why you go to a grounding point, away from the battery itself. This is the final connection that makes the circuit, so the one that is likely to spark, keeping sparks away from batteries is a good thing as they have a habit of creating hydrogen when charging. Not sure if this is

Their own YouTube channel is doing some interesting videos about the development of the car too:

For true realism in the UK, your need seemingly endless overbanding (tar poured around the edges of a road repair) and the occasional Diesel spill.

I’m happy to be corrected on this, but I’ve seen something of a pattern to US foreign policy:

In your otherwise excellent post, I’m disappointed that you didn’t mention what a shambles Network Rail is. For those outside the UK that’s the organisation that purports to look after the rail infrastructure.

Also Babychams, but the gist is good.
