I guess like a lot of people I’m enjoying TTK (so yeah Destiny) and since tuesday :
Nice! Have you read all the grimoire entries ? It still a bit sad that this part of the game was not improved in 2.0/TTK (we still have to go to Bungie.net to read the cards).
in the wet marshes of Destiny lore
definitely. The whole (TTK, 2.0) package looks like a complete different game now. 1 thing Bungie can do in this sector is also to randomize your spawn point at the beginning of the patrol.
The Taken versions of old strikes are also quite different, sometimes completely replacing old bosses with Taken bosses!
I’m interested to see the script ... in real.
meanwhile the guys from the StreamerHouse twitch farmed ~ 120 exotics during the weekend ...
my point is that by the time Xur started selling the coins, they were closed to their final light level, so this cheese did not really help them (unless they knew before that you could farm the bosses even the help of the coins)
have they used this ? I heard of this technique friday morning and by that time they were already ~ 294-296 light level. Also I wouldn’t call this cheesing because this technique is just what we were asking to have in Destiny : farmable bosses (à-la BL2)
congrats to them.
it’s a complete new experience (from someone who was in Destiny since the alpha). From the new weapons, how they changed and separated the light and exp. levels, how the bounties and Quests are organized, it really gives a fresh air to the game. So far I enjoy it.
I can hear the music ...
few questions : when you restart from scratch, are the new features of 2.0 included, like armsday and pledging allegiance to a faction ?
the power ups were satisfying
the Batman game was terrific (well at least it was what I thought at that time)
yep. And now that we can more easily keep the gears and weapons from year 1 i’m planning to move some exotics and legendaries in the vault (because eh ... collect them all) and delete my titan.
I have done it twice in the past months (for warlock and titan) and while it was a bit sad to loose these characters, I must admit that Bungie really nailed the feeling during the characters leveling. After hitting the level cap, re-seeing how the gears change/improve was really enjoying.
quick question about :
it reminds me of the opening themes used for the 70’s-80’s anime, especially with giant robots (Grendizer, I see U)
