actually it should be the other way : Lucca is an older version of Arale, given the fact that the manga started ~1980 and Chrono Trigger was released in 1995.

I understand that it takes time for developers to do them but from a player point-of-view, going back to a story that you have done 1/2 year ago (even I know also that not everybody has started the game on day-1) feels weird.
