This was happening sometime last year around October I believe. They started out with 5 games including Ring of Red, God Hand, Odin Sphere, GrimGrimoire, and Maximo. Ever since then it's been a slow trickle of PS2 stuff.

Joe Danger: Special Edition and Pinball FX 2: Marvel Pinball - Vengeance and Virtue will be taking up most of my weekend time. If I can break myself away from it I need to put in some time with Venetica and hopefully wrap up Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon.
I might give this version a shot. I did get Gran Turismo 5 for free a little while after it released thanks to some car dealership promotion. It was fun but it didn't grab me as much as Forza 3 did at the time, causing me to sell it. Now that this thing is patched up and after having played a decent amount of Forza 4,…
The article fails to mention that this is free for today only via the Amazon Android Marketplace.
I started to notice that every time I make a post on the site I get an unfilled star next to my name. If I place my mouse over it it'll fill up. Is this a glitch in the site or does this mean I can somehow make myself a starred commenter? Also, I notice that I can place my mouse cursor over the stars of other…
Most of the games I finished in 2011 were pretty old. From what I could dig up on The Backloggery, this is what my year looked like:
I'm with you on that one. 2 got several ports and this release would mark the third time 3 got on home consoles. I'm glad that 4 is getting a release but getting 1 on PSN would be excellent.
Good luck with the position, Mr. Totilo. Hopefully it won't drive you to madness.
Godspeed, Mr. Crecente. Here's hoping that your future is going to be a bright one.
On vacation visiting family starting tomorrow morning. As of today, I spent some time playing Bodycount and will probably continue that later tonight as well. Tomorrow it'll be some Super Mario 3D Land, Ridge Racer 3D, Mario Kart 7, and Dead or Alive Dimensions on the plane then whatever the little cousins want to…
My Xbox 360 is still the dominant platform for me for the year. My PS3 comes in second and the 3DS/Wii/PC all come in third for me.
The 8 & 16 bit eras are when I really enjoyed baseball games, especially those that just took a silly concept and ran with it. Super Baseball 2020 was one of my all time favorites along with Baseball Stars and I'm surprised that SNK never tried to re-release these on the VC/PSN/XBLA.
Even though I won't have access to most of the stuff here (particularly FiOS TV), I'm glad we're getting it. Now if we could just get more video apps so we can filter TMZ away into oblivion.
Get out of that closet, dammit, and make room for me :P
Detour (PC) is on the agenda for sure since I have to review it. Other than that, most likely some Kinect Sports: Season 2, Code Lyoko: Fall of X.A.N.A., DeathSmiles, and The Club.
Same here. I've gotten some of the wish lists from some of my younger cousins and the only two things in common for them are clothes and iPad 2/iPod Touch. I love those kids to death but no way in hell am I giving them something that expensive, especially if I won't see them really using it for anything other than…
I'll give this one a shot though I'll probably be disappointed that they aren't taking this as far as Kinect Disneyland Adventures. That one surprised me in terms of how deep they went for the experience.
So is this what Ed Boon was referring to when he said that his team had a surprise for December? Color me interested when I eventually get a new iPod Touch.
Negative on that one. They did that for a promotion in October but as far as I know that was a one off deal. Unlike Microsoft and Nintendo, they no longer have a club for gamers like they did back int he PSone and PS2 days.
