@HeavyOnDaSticks: Ha, pure bladestone is a pain for sure. I'm on my second playthrough, and am amazed at all the extra content tucked away in the game when you reach pure white or pure dark tendencies.

Demon's Souls is one of my favorite games of all time, and I'm happy it's going to be on Xbox 360, too. Day 1 purchase for me.

"Sounds reasonable, except for the fact he looked like Darth Maul and smelled like Jim Beam."

@safsephiroth666: A portable COD would be pretty sweet, and it would play to the strengths of the NGP

I just wish they'd make another Valkyria Chronicles for the PS3!

@Archaotic: I agree that $300+ is likely, but if Sony really wants to compete with the 3DS, it needs to convince people that they are getting superior hardware for a superior value.

"We are not talking about price yet, but I hope that when we announce the price, people will say it makes sense."

@lucasjescalada: I get the whole fingerprints point, but if that's Sony's concern why make both a touch sensitive front screen IN ADDITION TO a rear touch pad?

@RRW: Watching this video just confirms my point. It looks completely impractical. Notice how the demonstrator has to remove his hand from the unit (and away from the functional buttons on the front) to use the rear touch pad. The Nintendo DS and 3DS touchscreens makes sense — this doesn't.

I'm ok with the NGP. The design is beautiful, it looks powerful, and the possibilities for it are exciting, though subsequently, I'm sure it will be priced outrageously, much as it already is at Gamestop: $999 U.S. Dollar! [www.gamestop.com]

Does it have noticeably better graphics than the 3DS? I'm a bit curious.

182 mm = 7.16 inches (length)

It looks nice, but I hope it has good battery life, and I kind of wish the games were downloadable. I'm not a huge fan of Sony always creating proprietary flash media.

Maybe he is cheating? Maybe his autism just makes him REALLY good at cheating. Maybe he's the best cheater ever!

@Eisues: Your argument claims that this news report doesn't examine the possibility that other forms of entertainment could have equally inspired this tragedy, and you note that the MW2 level is the most current example of such an attack in entertainment media.

@arkane97: I would argue that the "No Russian" level WAS about playing and experiencing the role of a terrorist committing a heinous act — despite the fact that you are secretly supposed to be an undercover agent — and it's entirely plausible that a terrorist group could have been inspired by this level of the game

I watched the full news report and I think everything that was said sounded perfectly reasonable. They weren't placing the blame on Modern Warfare 2 causing the attack, but they simply mentioned that art and entertainment can imitate life, and life can imitate art and entertainment.

@SunnyvaleTrash: Yes, it does. It tracks your highest score along with each of your friends on Xbox Live
