@87CE 95PV Type Я says HAPPY NEW YEAR: No, just taking them out to see if there are any rust issues under the seals and make sure there is fresh paint everywhere. Then they go back in with new rubber seals.
The 1st gen Integra 5 doors were practical and fun, in the US sold as Acuras they had a V-Tech engine that was a hoot. I dunno about the Honda versions sold elsewhere.
