@tonyola: See you on 1970 and call. Here is a 1970 Porsche color sample book. You can see the color about two thirds of the way down on the right.
What is the earliest Ford had that color? Here is a '74 Porsche in Mexico Blue, a stock color that year, and maybe earlier.

Reliability is a real concern for run hard and put away fleet vehicles like these so it seems relevant to include "breaking" tests, though it does seem that these all break quickly.

@Goof_Troop: I am not sure of the exact location of the last picture, but it was an attempt at counterpoint. Its one of the several "huts" from early to mid 20th century exploration scattered over the continent.
But, they missed to opportunity to include a Lucas electrical system!
I love the warning pavement divots on the side of the traffic lane. They sure helped a lot.
