Seriously folks, how does this work? Is the pricing essentially barebones dealer cost - invoice minus the holdback?

I thought someone could repurpose this brand and make it an alternative to Jeep, with enough power the H3 could be a decent off road vehicle, and it could use the dual mode/ 27 decal hybrid system from the Tahoe.
