It’s kind of *not* what they do. They’ve got the lowest murder clearance rate in the country for a reason.

As has been mentioned repeatedly, victims *already* come out of the gate against a brick wall of skepticism. Auditing the actions of victims more than perpetrators is the standard. I would have thought Jezebel readers, of all people, would understand this.

Empire is hardly an obscure TV show. It was enormously popular for a while.

Nobody forced the CPD to spend all those resources on this.
