As for cost, remember that in automotive and electronics the scale is such that difference between prohibitive and cheap can depend entirely on prototype vs 1st implementation vs mass implementation - with no significant change in tech itself.

The way I see it, between broken (not cracked) windshield and rusted out intake manifold, this car *will* cost the buyer $4-4,5k. And that’s just off what we can see on those pictures.

I think the poster was referencing the fact that the exhaust manifold is rusted AF, and the car history lists very dry states. Might be a flood car.

Seriously - just looking at that cabin made me think of how it’d be great for Vampire: The Masquerade Ventrue / Giovanni villain.
