Is that a truly wonderful sound?

R&T editors Travis Okulski and Sam Smith (both Jalopnik alumni who moved onto jobs that pay with actual money instead of cartons of Cup Noodles) broke away from the testing for a bit to chat about what makes the 720S so remarkable.

The problem is that Musk said they had kick-ass algorithms that would let them skip pre-production without missing a beat and reach their volume goals ahead of time.

Feels pretty polished to me.

I’m just saying that there are definitely tools out there that are unfair, and people do use them. We’re not talking about game exploits, we’re talking about systemic manipulation of the game.

You remind me of people who eat a full meal and then complain to staff that it wasn’t good.

So we have a company that has millions upon millions of data points, all contained server-side along with all the actual code for the game plus all gathered info from people’s PCs as it interacts with said code.

....and the words of Joe Internet Rando.

I’m gonna side with Bungie on this one.

Yep. “I wasn’t cheating, for sure!” *deletes aimbot.exe from harddrive*

On the other hand, accusing a company of negligence and banning people for doing nothing due to word-of-mouth anecdotal evidence is a little sketch itself.

Why would you spend that much time playing a boring game? Do you just hate yourself or something?

For every person who is legitimately incorrectly banned (it does happen), there are 999 who were rightly banned and are trying to garner sympathy or trick a customer service rep.

I’m an owner and I would tend to agree. I think its gritty nature is cool, but it doesn’t rev as freely and happily as say, a Honda. Having said that it is a dramatic car to wring out and when I’m on it I don’t have very many complaints.

I don’t think it’s a joke....

Will the Honda Engine Fit?

For Gawd’s sake please just delete “Tesla-killer” from the Jalopnik vocabulary already. Porsche aren’t going to kill Tesla any more than Tesla are going to kill Porsche. Until any EV car can rival or license the Supercharger technology they aren’t even coming close to Tesla. And when they do Tesla will simply be a

It was picked up not because of anything he was wearing, but a bit more to do with how he climbed on a moving schoolbus and went batshit.

You complained about a problem, and then when the solution to that problem was presented to you, you declared it was a solution to a problem that doesn’t exist... Okay...

Eh? What do you mean by “flow of content?” Destiny has always added 90% of new content via DLC, with maybe one minor event between content drops. It’s not a subscription MMORPG, where new content is expected all the time. If you run out of things to do, then do what you do with any other game you’ve completed and take

I dunno Bill, some people buy the cars because they like to drive them. Some buy them to show off, some buy them for other reasons. I don’t really see the purpose of judging owners of a specific car as to whether or not they are “real drivers.”
