Yeah, I’d suspect that those headlights (assuming they aren’t aftermarket garbage) would have gotten a bad score if they were tested by the IIHS.

The IIHS criteria only applies to new vehicles as built by OEMs, not what people do with aftermarket parts.

If you’re a casual day hiker, any and every backpack will work, that’s fact. In fact, you can strap a shopping bag with two pieces of rope on your back and it’ll work. It matters even less if you’re in a city.

I’m probably going to have to repeat this a million times in the comments... but one of the criteria for “good” headlights is that they also don’t glare the crap out of oncoming drivers.

Yes, and the problem is that NHTSA probably won’t have “headlight” standards, so the automakers can get away with making things that just adhere to the highway traffic code and that’s it.

Something that lasts at least a decade.

It’s kind of a funny question, since if a connector is damaged, using the ‘same wire color’ and ‘same connector’ scenario, it’s likely that you would be screwed anyways because you don’t know what went where. A pigtail or direct solder does not take 10 minutes to install, but trying to figure out what went where is

It might seem like a lot of extra work, but in a race car worth a few million dollars with a program reaching several times that in a top level race series, this kind of mistake cost the team the win. With so much money and a historical legacy at stake, why would you risktaking shortcuts around something as cheap as

‘Enhancing’ Dota 2 is debatable. The meta and depth of gameplay in LoL is very stale, with maybe 2-3 dozen heroes that are viable at any one time. A Dota2 tournament generally sees 90-100 different heroes used during the majors. It’s kind of telling when you’re punished for trying something new in LoL.

I feel like this is one of those things you need to idiot proof. If ‘wrong wire’ install is a possibility, and there are a million wires all over the car, do you blame the dude who plugged it in? I feel like it’s the engineer’s job to make sure that they can’t plug it anywhere except in the correct place, either with

NHTSA actually released a report on this back in October 2017.

Is the yellow one the “Explorer”? Which do you prefer more?

Also worth noting that they talk about car tuning in a practical sense, with less of the mysticism brought on by Initial D. When they upgraded the Z to digital spark control, talked about dyno curves and had to make a decision about a vehicle's 'character' vs optimal power curve, I was pretty stoked.

I think PvE crossplay would be cool, however.

I’m not a fan of the Caribbean cruises and what have you, but for certain ‘experiences’ it’s definitely worthwhile. For example, the Inside Passage cruises to Alaska.

Unfortunately, what you had described has been Venice for several years now. It’s always been a tourist trap, but even more so since ships were allowed to dock.

I don’t eat in the car.
