You’re completely right there. It is harder to argue that sometimes because watches are like sunglasses to a lot of people: They do one thing, and one thing only and because of this lack of difference perceived, they don’t really care.

It’s not that you shouldn’t wear that much money. Go for it if you want it. It’s just that, for some people, including me, there are better things to use that much money towards instead of a watch.
