They are malicious and incompetent — the worst combination. I mean, you could track these kids with a Google Doc spreadsheet. Kid’s name, parent(s)‘s name, parent(s)’s location, kid’s location, and probably a couple filing numbers from the asylum application. I hate these people so, so much.
