(Or so I think; my brain is already nearly fried reading all this mambo jahambo that I don’t want to keep going back to it at the risk of permanent mental incapacity.)
He grabbed her wrist after she cocked a fist back ready to punch him with it. You can very easily argue that she, at that moment, had committed assault, and his reaction was to grab her wrist to prevent her from committing battery too. That is self defense, and that’s why people are saying she initiated it. Nothing…
I think integrating some exceptional women into men’s leagues could pave the way for more development in women’s sports because it would show the general public that women can compete at a high level.
That’s what’s so frustrating about allllll of these articles. If these writers really believe in what they are saying about the inequality in how FIFA treats the WWC and MWC, at least address the huge imbalance in profitability between the women’s and the men’s game and then show why your argument still holds water.…
It’s not just that France had to beat Germany if they wanted to win the whole thing, it’s that they would’ve had to beat Germany and the U.S., and even then would have to play another team, probably the reigning champs, Japan.

Did you delete a number of the approved, highly starred comments critical of this article? I guess that's easier than just owning up to the fact that what you wrote was complete basura?
Not to mention that according to the writer, the Dean of Students is apparently not a Duke official.
I don't know if my favorite was that they posted the "Barcelona Are a Complete Disaster" article immediately before Barcelona went on a tear, or that all the follow up articles were in the tone of "look how great Barcelona is playing despite being a disaster" instead of "we overreacted to a stretch of slightly-down…

I can't imagine that too many people left Pedro off for that reason but voted for Johnson. I would imagine the strategy/gaming the 10-player limit angle accounted for a few of the non-Pedro votes, but probably no more than maybe 2% of the 9%.
Not to mention screenshot and tweet any bit of criticism of any of his articles. For someone whose entire schtick is built on shitting on everyone he can, he has shockingly thin skin.
