Your argument is just as invalid. He called you out for stating an opinion as fact and you replied with ‘my opinion is not an opinion because I can obviously see into the future'
Cool. So $39 for tickets. Now, let’s say you don’t get any snacks or drinks, but what about parking or gas? It may not be quite $50, but is it worth saving $10 to add a 15-30 minute drive (one way) and not getting any drinks or snacks? Also, we’re those tickets for opening night? Or even opening weekend? I doubt it.…
Tell us, oh time traveller, what other new things don’t catch on and what replaces Facebook.
How is it not? Do you know the history of porn? It was almost exclusively in theaters.
Even if they did, this service isn’t really designed to save Tuesday morning movie goers money. It’s designed to give people competitive options to see a movie opening weekend. Or however someone wants to use it.
They said that about porn too when snuff theaters closed up shop. Guess how that turned out.
Where are you getting tickets prices? Tuesday afternoon matinee prices 3 months after the movie has been out? In Fargo, ND a ticket to Star Was opening weekend was $12.50.
Yeah, you have that option, but if you don’t want to wait, it’s nice to have other options than the theater.
You wont get those ticket prices opening night. Besides, maybe ticket prices have gone up in LA since you left.
Depending on where you live, it’s not a bad deal for a couple. I used to live an hour from the closest theater. 120 miles of gas, wear and tear on the car, plus tickets and snacks and a meal afterwards ends up way more than $50 plus what I payed at the grocery store for the food.
I’m still holding out for Delta Emerald.
Gametrailers is all over YouTube. What are you talking about?
Deadman Wonderland seems like a good fit
Sly Cooper, Resistance, WipEout, Jak and Daxter
Which is why you aren’t the target audience. You like ownership and don’t trade in games so quickly that you regret it. There is nothing wrong with that. But there’s also people who don’t own those things and would rather not buy a ton of older games and an older console.
Really? That’s neat. I mean if that wasn’t the case, you can do it on a PSTV for $40.
It is. I mean, there are benefits such as having rather new games and actually giving you the disc to play the games locally in case your network goes out or something and reducing lag. But it also has negatives such as only being able to have one game at a time for the cheap plan and two games at a time for the…
A) Don’t pay the $20USD a month. Pay the $100 a year. That’s what this article is about.
B) The point isn’t to keep the games, it’s to use them like you use Netflix. You can’t keep any of the content on any other streaming service which includes Music, Books, and Video.
That’s true. Didn’t think of it that way. One bonus that Playstation Now has over anything else is you don’t need a full fledged console to use it. You can use the Playstation TV or a new Sony/Samsung smart TV.
