If he doesn’t just use the sentence to get deeper into a system, then screw it up completely. 50k charges is a ton. Doesn’t just change overnight.

He should have been forced to cut ties with the internet. As part of his sentence, he should not be able to have access to the interenet or internet-capable devices, not a slap on the wrist with “promise you’ll help this time” crap.
I don’t think Bungie ended up with a whole ton of money, to be honest. I mean, sure, more than some companies, but Bungie just did Halo games, which Microsoft owns the liscense to. They were contracted out. Destiny 2 will sell 75% of the copies Destiny did, if not more. Depends on how they market it.
Well, except bottle caps can actually collect monetary value over time.
Depends on the store. My local store is filed with great people that help you work the system if they can. They're great people, gamers, and most of all, fed up with all the bullshit too. One of the employees actually recommends not picking up pre-order games until reviews come in.
This is exactly what I do when I really want to make sure I get a copy. I put some money down, wait a few days to check reviews, and only pick up the game if it looks good or if streamers like it.
I found people. Thought they were friends. Gave me food. Then, both pulled out spears and told me to punch a Trike. I died a sad death. 11/10 will play every day.
Did the exact same thing.
After it all goes down, money is the deciding factor. Activision made Bungie rich. Sure, maybe they thought they could be the exception, the Blizzard, if you will, but if someone is going to give you $2 billion, you pretty much do what they say. I can’t blame Bungie for that.
Bungie had Microsoft by the balls. Halo was Microsoft’s biggest and best console seller. Microsoft needed Halo, not the other way around. Activision got Bungie into a massive contract, but took away a lot of rights.
What kind of mobile games do you play that are filled with microtransactions, have more content than Destiny, and don’t ask you for money before every big thing? I want to play these games.
I agree. I think 1 year is way too long. 1 month, hell, 3 months isn’t that big of a deal, but a whole year is ridiculous. I don’t like exclusives or timed exclusives, but I understand there’s a reason why consoles have them and timed exclusives, as long as they don’t last forever, are better than normal exclusives,…
Well, besides Apple Products are statistically inferior with a higher up-front cost.
Well, TTK does include PS exclusive content for another year.
But, that content is about the same as the first time around, a couple multiplayer maps, a couple guns, and a couple strikes. Nothing major, although I was surprised to see it for a full year. Normally, 3 months would do the trick like in CoD or Bethesda…
Remove matchmaking? You mean not introduce it?
I don’t know. I would love matchmaking for those days I want to hit up a raid but all my buddies are gone, but I guess I’m used to it. I’ve played WoW for years and had raiding nights and dates where everyone made plans to raid. I just expected that with Destiny. Also,…
I just never cared enough. All of my friends had/have Sony consoles so we didn’t have anyone rubbing our faces in new CoD maps. The only thing that bothered me were all the technical problems with Skyrim and its DLC.
Also, are mods timed exclusives on XBox One or is it just easier to do because it’ll be running some…
Well, two things. A) Why did you buy the game twice if your friends don’t play on your updated system? B) Don’t blame Bungie for you not judging your friends correctly. Now, not having matchmaking for raids is frustrating, but understandable (even if you and I don’t agree with the reasoning).
I’ll buy a can if I can (I’m nowhere near a 7-11) if the cans look cool. I have a collection of Monster Energy cans because they look cool on a shelf and if Redbull makes a (or three displaying each new subclass) sweet Destiny can(s), I’ll go buy it/them. Otherwise, meh.
Yeah. PS2 emulation on PS4 baby!
*I know you’re talking about PlanetSide 2
Well, they do represent Activision on a very public scale...
