You could change the email address associated with the account and take all of your save data and put it on an external HDD, but yeah, you’d be giving up your account.

Until people take advantage of it.

Just on eBay.

I doubt Konami said a word to eBay. They did this with phones and Flappy Bird as well, long after the creator had vanished from the public.

There’s actually a concept that you don’t really own anything, especially land, as you are just renting it from the government, but rent is payed in the form of taxes. As my grandfather used to say, “Do you think you own your land? Just don’t pay your taxes for a few years and see if you still own it.”

True, but there are many other accounts or services that are non-transferable as well including, but not only, plane tickets, some concert tickets, sports tickets purchased in a special manner (military/student discounts), and appointments such as massages and the like. Now, I’m not saying I agree with this (I also

More like selling a used console with a PSN account attached. Illegal in PSN’s ToS. It’s not as much the digital game as it is the PSN account.

Ha. Didn’t realize that and hadn’t seen that post before.

Like leaving your kids at a GameStop while you go shop at the mall? I hope this is satirical.

True on the first two sentences, and if he is the manager, he should have returned the device and not been such a jerk. I agree.

But, on top of it, since it was purchased with cash, the best the guy could have done, even if he were the manager, was give the guy a gift card because you also aren’t supposed to hand cash

I work at BBY and if we did the haggling thing now, at least without the permission of a manager, we can lose our jobs pretty quickly.

Except he could possibly be reprimanded or even fired for breaking policy and taking the return on the system. We run into that issue all the time at Best Buy. Normally, one of our managers just ok’s the return, but if we don’t get permission, we can get fired on the spot. Then if a customer calls corporate, we get

Agreed.

What I meant by "new heroes" was heroes that hadn't been in movies before, but I would love to see new original heroes get some cool movies.

I just wanna know if the port is good or if it's all buggy like the Jak and Daxter collection on Vita.

Except it's in Marvel's best interest to introduce new characters in the comics before the movies. It's not like RDJ and Chris Hemsworth will do marvel for the rest of their careers at a low price. They'll need new heroes and the comics are the birthing ground for that.

The thing is, with a proper marketing campaign and a $60 price tag (people seem to think things that cost more are worth more) as well as a physical release, it could have been the game of the year back in 2013 when it launched. It's super fun. And I don't even want it handed to me up front, just give me a game that

Agreed. They are trying to make money through microtransactions. I would personally prefer to pay $60 and be able to unlock everything in a reasonable amount of time.

Yes. I can't believe I totally brain-farted that hard. I think I left a streak. Holy crap.

The missions definitely aren't easy, and nearly impossible by yourself. With a friend or two and good communication, I've normally been able to stomp these things when they hit daily heroic mission the first or second time through.
