Seriously? Literally EVERY car I’ve ever been in has an interior release in addition to the exterior hatch/trunk release. Are you telling me you’ve never seen a button like this somewhere on your dashboard? Ever? Usually to the lower left of the steering wheel?

Most cars also have a release on the interior, near the drivers seat, to unlatch the hatch or trunk. That way the passenger that you are dropping off at the airport can hop out and grab their bags without the driver having to leave his seat.
