I can guarantee you one thing, if the demographics of the pandemic were flipped (i.e. it disproportionally affected white communities instead of minority communities), this country would have been shut down, and kept shut down, until a vaccine was developed and widely available.

Long-time musician here: I can confirm that the drummers NEVER know the lyrics. You can play a song thousands of times and they’ll still be like “huh that’s what you sing?” when you go to record. 

I’ve never been a Rage Against the Machine fan, but my understanding of their lyrics is that they’re basically, “We have very strong opinions about politics/And here’s a PowerPoint laying them out/In very great detail.”

Wait till Scott also finds out Tom Morello is Black and is an honors grad in poli-sci from Harvard...

I feel like we need Rage Against the Machine now, more than ever. How about streaming a Live concert to raise funds for many of the worthy charities out there? Imagine Rage being played live simultaneously at protests across the world. I bet they could top the $6M Post Malone raised.
