I just started working out again 4 days ago, after a several year hiatus.... at the age of 41. My body has never hurt so much after a work out.

The first time I lived without a romantic partner as an adult I was 43. The first time I lived alone with no kids in the house was about two years ago. I’ll be 50 later this year. I am shocked how quickly I got used to having the house to myself. It’s pretty great.

Ugh.  The first time I ate an oatmeal raisin cookie I was a kid & assumed that it was chocolate chip. I’m still mad about it.
