Actually, building a PC IS extremely easy. Building a LEGO house is harder. The only difference is that you're dealing with expensive "pieces" that people are scared to break. However, the only risk is with static electricity, which is easily dealt with.

The xbox version only runs smoother if you played Minecraft on a crap PC... I run Minecraft at 60-70 FPS, while the Xbox version is limited to 30 fps and drops to the 10's at times.

Actually, even at default settings, the PC version looks better simply because of the draw distance.

Seems to me like the problem lies with your lack of self-control, not with the mods.
