Played it on PC and the textures were amazing. Breathtaking hand painted hyper-realistic textures. That's what you get for playing it on a shitty console. Don't hate on devs cause YOUR hardware sucks.

I would argue that the XB1 and PS4 are "last gen" in the whole scheme of things. The technology they are both using was outdated before the systems where even launched.
