If you’re running such a simple setup to where you can feel that ridiculously small amount, the problem isn’t the OS. There was probably no difference between XP and 7 either so it’s the same thing when considering if you should upgrade or not.

Definitely better than past versions IMO but they’re still a bunch of tweaks away from a truly satisfying experience. The great thing is the small footprint and low requirements that are similar or identical to before.
