Yep, I remember watching a TLC Rides(?) episode about this thing. They machined their own adapter plate to sandwich between the 3UZ and 6spd, if I recall. The unbelievable WANT I had for this car cannot be overstated.
agreed on the e46. the pre-facelift shows it’s age MUCH more than the facelift models.
The coating on the reflector bowl behind the projector ball burns away, essentially scattering the light rather than focusing it through the lens.
Which 5 series is it larger than? I'm pretty sure even the E34 is larger than the G20. Also the facelift E46 was a major improvement over the pre-LCI

33s are stock on a heavy-duty truck, sure. But that’s a beast of a rig, there. On a mid-size truck, or on any SUV, 33s are enormous for stock tires. Even Excursions didn’t have 33s.
