The $400k would be better spent on one of the 2004 GTs, preferably a Heritage one if you can find one for that price. Why? Because manual transmission. If you dont believe me, name 5 cars with a flappy paddle gearbox cars that ever went up in money. I’ll name 100 with a manual that did.

They said the same thing about the 250GTO when they were $800k in the 80s. The F1 is going to be the first $100m car in 10 years.

I guess if you bought one, kept it in pristine condition in a climate controlled garage, with most of the side odometer numbers at 0 then yes, it might be a decent investment.

My british car doesnt leak oil. Although the engine is Japaneese. It did leak coolant from the british made radiator until that was replaced.

I know, it’s the most important meal of the day. Best to start off with a 4 figure bottle of bourbon.

If I were a rich man I wouldnt be drinking $45 veuve chiquet

I’ll disagree, the 25% upcharge for stone is better than you’ll find anywhere else.

My point is the manual is more fun in any environment. You dont feel the 10ths you save with a paddle shift. Unless you are running a timed lap, which most track days dont even have anymore, I see no benefit.

Saying Star Wars was to blame is perfect. Since they are both Disney owned it’s just shifting money from one revenue stream to another.

Street racing a Carrera GT through an industrial park in California.

The flappy stuff is only worth it when you are on the track constantly at the limit, where I do 0.001% of my driving. On the street manual all day.

If the FF had an open gate manual. Because it doesnt, gallardo.

The warranty is perfect for you, who will only keep the car for a year. Not ideal for the person who wants the keep the car longer but will end up selling it when the check engine light goes on day 366.

The Lambo/Lotus dealer by me had a loaner. It was a crown vic. Free of charge if you wanted it while your car was serviced. I never took them up on it when having my Elise worked there. I usually just killed time drinking espresso, using their wifi and checking out their inventory.

It’s really not unlimited when it will be in the repair shop the majority of the time.

The prius doesnt suck, their drivers suck at driving.

Not the part of California that Californians do all their Californication.
