Magnets small enough to fit in a handle like that wouldn't be powerful enough to give much power behind the cut. It would still require hand power. But, it would be less jumpy because the handles wouldn't "clack" together.

I like the "iPad" name, but what is with all these "pads" coming out? EeePad, Palmpad?

@el_alien: Microsoft Paint (it was actually licensed then) came out November of 1985. MacPaint came out with the original Macintosh which was introduced on January 1984.

@CrispyAardvark: 1988 was the final release of MacPaint (v. 2.0) They probably stopped including it in late 80's / early 90's.

After all that hoopla, I'm surprised they brought him back for this year. They should have just had him in there as a golfer (not the star of the game) and called it "Generic Golfer PGA Tour '10".

Who owns the cell towers that are creating this innovation? AT&T? Verizon? Or can anyone use them?

We're really getting close to a revolution in how we interact with computers. Now we have fantastic touchscreen devices, true 3D devices and holographic displays. We didn't have those things 5 years ago. I can't wait for the future.

@Jared Abel: I got banned earlier this evening for doing nothing but stating an obvious fact.

I think that see-thru floors would be really, really cool. But people should definitely get the choice to have them (maybe a cover?). The flying phobics out there might not like it that much.

I wonder if in the future, the mobile phone market will become like the videogame market in it will only be able to support three, maybe four, different makers. But, that's all speculation even though these phone makers are eating each other alive!

Looks a little over-designed. I would be scared to cross it.

Maybe update your movies faster so we're not looking at new DVD's 3 months after they came out.
