I have an iPhone 3GS with iOS4. Does that count?

Even on my 3GS, safari isn't rendering pages as fast and I'm seeing checkered patterns where I didn't used to. Also, my keyboard sticks like the story describes and the core animations sometimes stutter. All this on a 3GS, not a 3G. This update is really for iPhone 4.

Game Center is not part of the FINAL iOS4 download. It is on the Golden Master version (developer version) though. Just FYI if you're confused.
