This has been the subtext of Supreme Court politics ever since the 5-4 split in Bush v. Gore, when the Court’s five Republican appointees backed the Republican presidential candidate’s case while the four Democratic appointees backed the Democrat.

Apparently he dismissed my comment, but concussion rates in rugby are much higher than they are in football. The only reason it doesn’t get more attention is because no one watches rugby in America.

I can generate proof if you want, I run a private company and occasionally I bid and am awarded public projects. The union companies who my crew works with - move a different pace.

In general, I’m a really liberal person, especially about social issues. But I just can’t understand this controversy. The picture a baseball team wears on its hat, or the name a football team calls itself have absolutely no power. These are silly, fake issues.

I don’t see what the problem is and why they don’t just abandon it. Fans are going to stop watching all of a sudden because of a logo now that the Indians are good? Change the logo and eventually the fact that it was ever chief wahoo will become an MLB trivia answer.
