That is a really good point. The people making the game or bringing the game to audiences should want it to reach as many people as possible as quickly as possible. Honestly I dont think its that much different than console exclusives. I like them when it works in my benefit. But as a Sony guy do you know how bad I have been dying to play a franchise like Gears of War??? Maybe one day they will join forces and make us all happy! Until then die xbots die :-)

With a franchise as big as COD it just might be the difference. Or maybe a couple of a persons fav franchises has exclusive or timed exclusive dlc could be enough to make it a console seller. But I think to regular fan boys like us. Its probably just about bragging rights :-)

I wouldn’t question how much money someone spends on or in a game. All entertainment is not equal. Especially knowing we all find different things entertaining.
