The current teams writing Joker and Harley have been pretty bad, and missing the point for years: their “relationship,” such as it is, is never over. That’s where the comedy and tragedy of it ring truest. And I don’t know who that is up there, but that isn’t the Joker. He’s some half-baked caricature of an abusive

Came to say this exact thing. Doesn’t sound anything like ANY Joker, even the more truly psychotic versions. It sounds like they just wanted an excuse to have Harley been the Strong Female Character.

This Joker seems less like the Joker and more like some fetish-ized abusive ex-boyfriend setup so the main character can show how strong she is now.

Okay... I’m not a regular reader of these, so someone do feel free to explain this to me.

Depending on how well Ghostbusters does, it might be Jennifer Lawrence.

DC insists that the movies and TV don’t cross over...yet they have repeatedly sabotaged Arrow and Flash on what characters they can can can’t use. They removied Harley, Slade, and now Waller

It’s impossible to go over the top with the performance

I seemed to have miss the hilarious bit.

did i miss the part where you discuss how the internet forces two characters together?

This. One of Darkness’s biggest problems isn’t the fact that Khan is in the film, it’s the weird exposition dump that gives you an incredibly convoluted backstory in like 2 minutes.

I’ve thought since the movie came out, that the “John Harrison” character could have been Khan’s second in command on the Botany Bay, someone nearly as smart and strong as he was, and it would have been believeable. But instead, they decided to have the pasty white British actor play the Indian Prince, because, what,

Yeah, the problem with the Cumberbatch Is Khan one is the fact that it’s a TERRIBLE twist. It makes no sense at all, and it means nothing to the characters. It means so little to the characters that one of them has to use one of his lifeline calls to find out why it should matter.

Damnit, you just described me playing games like Diablo and RPG’s in general. I’m trying to get less neurotic at it and some games are helping to get over the hoard-arism as I like to call it, but I still tend to stick to single player games in this genre.

I knew that the story you just told was going to happen to me

I do use metric quite often in my design work; although, imperial is preferred.

0 degrees F: really cold out! be safe

He just told it in the worst way he possibly could have, reused plenty of elements from the OT, and made the Star Wars universe more self-contained and self-referential than ever. He ended up making movies so reviled (excluding ROTS to an extent, but I think the liking for this is completely shallow) that many

I hear so much Rick/Michonne shipping but I love that they’ve so far been presented as a team rather than love interests. There’s already enough of a split between their lines of thinking that I don’t want a romantic arc to play into it.

Your post is so full of evidence that it’s hard to argue with.

Let me guess: You love Cam Newton, though?

Dude, have you even seen the original film? Based on your comments, I have to assume you either haven’t or you’re just predisposed to thinking everything TMNT is exactly the same. Let’s compare.
