Lately I’ve been playing a lot of Rainbow Six Siege. It’s really good, but I’m not feeling very optimistic about its…
The hosts do seem a bit fragile for this type of show.
No worries. I can see where you got confused. What I was saying was for a core Far Cry game, they could continue to evolve the series with some of these new systems but return it to a more contemporary survival setting.
the comic about a blond guy who goes to Asia and becomes a martial-arts master. Literally in the first sentence.
Why would they cast an Asian actor as Iron Fist? In his origin story, Danny was a white kid transported to the hidden city of K’un Lun, mastered the martial arts and gained the power of the Iron Fist. It’s sort of essential to his story that he was an outsider in K’un Lun.
The character is white in the comics. Why does the character need to be changed for the tv show?
IGN’s David F. Smith was the last great, pure videogame journalist. He called MGS2 out for having a bad story, and bad delivery of said bad story.
There is nothing bad-ass about a cyborg with heels. Someone designed that armor, looked at the feet, and said “this cyborg needs high-heels??”
“The Boba Fett of this generation, perhaps.”
Or some random thugs thinking it’s some drug to inhale (and hence Savage is reincarnated into the thug’s body).
They are basically a feudal government. But, on an individual level, modern governments operate in basically the same way. In a democracy you can vote and theoretically influence and shape the laws, but that only works on an aggregate level for the people, not for a particular person.
Yeah, this one was bonkers start-to-finish, and you could tell by the look on Felicity’s face that she’s going to go digging into the secret kid thing and break up with Ollie again.
sounds like a government if you think about it ^^
You can be both right and an asshole, and I think BoS embodies both those things perfectly. I understand where you’re coming from, though!
If you break them down by era - we’ll say the dividing line being the prequels - my statement stands for the 90’s. For the aughts and beyond, I’ll give you that the Shit/Not Shit ratio goes up slightly. Kenobi was great, but we’re still getting bullshit like the lost Sith Tribe series or the one where Jacen goes evil…
The Republic Commando novels would like to have a word.
Yeah, I’m excited for the movie because I’m a huge Donnie Yen fanboy, but there’s no reason for it to be called Rogue One.
Remember when Rogue One was announced?
Jesus. I don’t think I could have buried Charlie with the rest of the family. I think murdering your whole family qualifies you to be burned in some random field (or oven) far away from that.
