Not to mention all the escaped Jedi being so inept as to do even less to help that Yoda and Ben. Even if you could justify them not doing anything to help the Rebellion, where the fuck were they when Luke was rebuilding the Order?
Not having been invented yet, obviously, but that’s why you need to have discipline when…
oh god, the black lives matter is now in comics? lol. if they want a good piece to write about, try this one: a group of black teenage inner city gangs rob a white family and capitain america comes and saves them from the muggers and they get 6 months in county jail, then has a talk with them “misunderstood youth.” A…
The Captain Captain
Form new Captains only team
This episode was not like any other episode of this series to date. From the instant Simmons realized she was on a different planet and the title appears silently, you just knew this was something special.
JJ is really going to screw this up I’m afraid. If you say you’re not afraid, then you will be.... you will be.
If you’re a big enough nerd to link a wiki article, you’re a big enough nerd to know that they were not called Star Destroyers while they rocked the Republic livery.
“Well, Luke’s dead. Mark’s just playing a remarkably similar-looking character named, uhh, James... Harrington. Yeah. James Harrington. Not Luke. Stop guessing stuff, please.”
Not a Star Destroyer. A Republic Cruiser.
The correct answer is “STFU and watch my movie,” or anything else, just without the smarmy “I know stuff you don’t know” crap.
Eh it’s just that whenever some auteur says shit like that it gets my Hack Writer Sense acting funny.
And that's why I want Chris Pratt. He has the charm and the wit.
Except (an aged) Ford wasn’t the problem in the last movie and maybe one of the few things they got right. They shouldn’t push it though and a post-WWII Indy did feel weird.
Agree. One thing I never thought would be cool, the Joker looking like a pimp who’s trying to get his Ska band off the ground.
No, no he wouldn’t. As someone mentioned this is very “design-by-committee”. Like a group of ten people sat around a table and debated for hours about the perfect pants for this “new” joker. I’m thinking there might be a dressing room montage scene in the film where the joker tries on various different outfits in…
The ‘look’ for this Joker reads (to me) like design-by-committe. A group of people decided that the visual theme for Joke needed to still keep that vaguely clown-like look but still push “Psycho” and “Crazy”, etc.
Yes, I can tell you he would not look like a white trash pimp.
Well I’m certain he wouldn’t look like a Marilyn Manson reject. At his core, the Joker is supposed to be funny, everything he does and all he does is for the sake of his twisted sense of humor. He’s crazy yes but he’s not a sadist like some writers portray him today. Honestly the best depiction of the Joker was in…
