Ok good thing im not the only one. Seems like this belongs idk....in the credits? Because its a credit. Putting it on the start up just screams “IM TRYING REALLY HARD”

This message has become unnecessary to me. This one in particular seems like it's really trying too hard

The only reason why we oldies (25 and over) think that the prequels suck and the OT was the bee’s knees is because of nostalgia.

The scene where luke turns himself over to vader in ROTJ is a great scene. It’s the first glimpse of vader having a glimmer of good underneath.

I’ll just leave this here.

The biggest takeaway here, in my estimation, is the fact that they owned up to it. Mistakes happen, and this one was clearly embarrassing, but much better to own it than look for a scapegoat.

I’m not sure if being that guy who didn’t read a comment thread before continually commenting, while adding idiotic non-sequiturs really gives you a lot of room to call other people names.

There are three playable levels. The survival mission on Tatooine, the Drop Zone Map and Hoth. What’s so hard to understand about that?

Those 3 maps constitute a fourth of the maps in the game. People have judged games based off of smaller samples. Sorry if you enjoyed your pretty Star Wars re-skin of Battlefield. I wasn’t impressed. At least not enough to fork over $60 in a few months. How many nights would you spend playing a beta that you weren’t

I played it one night and haven’t felt the urge to go back. The use of the license is cool, but the game seems shallow and there are plenty of balancing issues. And a $50 season pass for a game launching with 12 maps? GTFO, EA.

I like Star Wars and I like Star Trek too.

Agreed! I was really wishing for a revamped classic Battlefront menu, with the moving vehicles and armies all in wireframe... man, that was so cool on original xbox in 2004. Why won’t they do that now?
Shoot, why do videogame title screens seem less cool than they used to be?

It will hurt the game for me, that’s for sure. My friends and I played both Battlefront games for years, and that was almost all we played. It kept the game fun for a long time. I’m worried this game is going to go the way of other multiplayer only console games of late, like Evolve and Titanfall. It’ll be the biggest

Yeah, it seems that way. I think a big part of it is that it’s not really a successor to the first two Battlefront games, just a completely different Star Wars shooter which misuses the name. The thing I really want to know is if it actually is a lot like Battlefield. Patricia says no, but I was watching an IGN

I will totally agree with you on your opinon about the EU. I will however disagree and say all of the prequels were objectively bad. Insultingly so. Not for continuity issues, but because they’re just terrible movies by a writer/producer/director who hasn’t had a good idea since Last Crusade

My issue is that the integrity of worldbuilding relies on the integrity of supporting said worldbuilding.

Pretty sure that’s Mark Hamill.

Ugh, this game sucks.

I get the joke. It’s not funny, but I get it.
