The game is interesting, but hardly fair. For example, I got “Billy Holiday” as my favorite musician and “Catch-22" as my favorite book. I’ve never listed to Billy Holiday nor read Catch-22, but one would certainly do so if one were undercover.

Aaaaaand that’s exactly what happened. Peyton was not “old time Peyton” and struggled a bit in the game, but he was vastly better than Cam Newton who was holding the ball way too long and either getting sacked, throwing it away, or tossing it way out of reach of his receivers. Broncos had the best defense this year…
Oh, is that what I said? Did I say they set their schedule and should be ashamed? No... no it’s not. I said that Cam played nobody and the idea that he’s even close to MVP status cannot be supported by the evidence available. And what happened? Denver puts a rush on the guy and he chokes, and every one of his throws…
He reference the Broncos luck, followed by stating it was similar to the Giants and Ravens luck for their wins in the Superbowl. He said the same about both Mannings, and referenced a specific game for Eli, thus the correct Manning.
They’re 15-1...but... against who? The Jags (5-11), Texans (9-7), Saints (twice) (7-9), Bucs (6-10), Hawks (10-6), Eagles (7-9), Colts (8-8), Packers (10-6), Titans (3-13), Redskins (9-7), Cowboys (4-12), Falcons (twice) (8-8), and Giants (6-10).
They played 4 teams with a winning record the entire regular season, two…
Nope.
Right... Luck... that sure is the final straw when going against an unbeaten team in the Superbowl...
Except... Well, let’s take a look at Manning vs. Brady games (Regular/Post-Season):
Dec 29, 2007 -
Patriots 38, Giants 35
Feb 3, 2008 -
Patriots 15, Giants 17
Nov 6, 2011 -
Patriots 20, Giants 24
Feb 5, 2012 -
Patriots 17,…
I really think that the Panthers are an overrated (but still good) team and that Cam Newton especially is overrated at the Quarterback position. Taking a look at the teams the Panthers have played the only two who really stand out are the Seahawks and the Packers as good teams. And Cam Newton is a great Runningback,…
I agree with you that Heath Ledger’s performance was exemplary in The Dark Knight, but he was a terrible Joker. He was a big messy psychopath whose end goal was just cruelty. That’s not the Joker at all! The Joker’s endgame is the big laugh, the guffaw, the Joke that puts aches in everyone’s sides and he accomplishes…
Is that a realistic expectation? Speaking for myself, I’ve mostly stopped playing GTA V (I’ll go in for a romp every month of so for an hour). There just isn’t enough to interest me, mostly because I like the singleplayer aspects of online. Most of the new content they have is from medium to large groups of players…
If I recall correctly (it’s been awhile since I’ve played TPP) Quiet spoke in the hospital as well. It was only after she was set on fire that these changes took place, which I assumed meant that she was cured via whatever it was that gave her the super speed and the skin-breathing.
I’m going to disagree with you again.
EVERYONE wanted Sony to stop releasing terrible Spider-man movies.
EVERYONE wanted Spider-man to be part of the MCU.
EVERYONE wanted to see Peter Parker in a great Spider-man movie.
Marvel isn’t “meeting” expectations, they’re fulfilling desires that have been left wanting for…
High Five quickly on the Man o’ Steel burn, but despite your ecstatic state, you’d be one of a handful. 90% of the people who would see the movie wouldn’t know of Dick Grayson as anything but Robin, and wouldn’t even know who Terry McGinnis is.
Using Terry McGinnis as an example, I was super excited when I thought they…
“...first outing of a series.”
This is the first Spider-man movie of the MCU series, and as such it should follow the Peter Parker Spider-man as it is one of the bread winners. People don’t want changes made to their classic heroes, which should be well known to you given how often changes elicit complaints by the…
Your examples do not fully encompass the full breadth of the situation. Spider-man is one of the “big ones” along with Superman and Batman. Iron Man and Captain America couldn’t even get close to that stratosphere before their movie, and Spider-man did it long before he had a movie.
So, do you think we’ll get a Kon-El…
Just so you know, this isn’t the first “demo” video they’ve had. They had the Minecraft game at E3 and have also shown how it can be used to provide AR tools for home offices. For myself, this was a very strong selling point, and something I’ve wanted for a long time.
I already have an Xbox One, but I would buy this immediately. I’m not sure if you know just how rabid football fans can be about seeing a game in the best quality possible. I have no interest in Oculus or any other VR/AR/headgear, but this I would shell money out for.
This is actually something that I’ve wanted for a long while. Sure, the commercial had its problems... the first of which being the regular screen at times just wanted to focus on the defensive/offensive lines at times while the expanded view showed the whole of the play, or the players showing up life size in your…
I don’t know... I enjoyed the hell out of the first Fable, and have been massively disappointed with every other game in the series. If they go back to the older style controls and hit the medieval age again and leave behind the industrial revolution feel, I may consider it. As of now, that series has just exhausted…
You’re right on a number of points, and we need a cultural overhaul in the games industry before it goes to far. The first thing we need to do is stop spending money on “pay to play” models successful in the mobile gaming sphere. Dry up the money and they’ll move on to whatever is popular. How do we do that? Parents,…
