Hahaha true!! At least that video was great by itself and so was that song. Neither one of these is even mediocre.

The video has absolutely nothing to do with the song, but it’s not a bad video in and of itself. ...Ready for It isn’t really a great song in the first place so I’m not going to knock this music video for making listening to it a slightly better experience.
I know that every time I’ve been groped, it has been such a calming and relaxing experience... /s (obviously).
Sadly, your girls will likely live with this sort of stuff as a constant presence in their lives. Unwanted male attention starts so early. Like age 11. The comments start about then (from both peers and older men—gross) and they don’t stop. If you’re lucky, that’s all it ever is, a steady stream of male commentary…
“To try to put people at ease”
Has any white journalist, columnist, or blogger ever had to defend his endorsement or refutation of a white candidate solely because of their shared white race?
I don’t know of (or now, care to know of) Bluestein, but Jilani & Fang are bros of a certain stripe. I blocked both ages ago but it go to the point with ZJ that I muted any mention of him or link to him because he’s such an asshole.
Shine the light on them.
I’m just here for the dragging. Drag them.
Not surprised at all. Their anti-blackness is written all over them. I am at the place where I look at any black person still spouting Bernie’s nonsense as being in the sunken place and falling decidedly in the “all skin folk are not kin folk” category.
Professor Johnson,
I’ll save him a seat when I teach it next fall.
This may not be the best use of the word, but “exciting” doesn’t necessarily have to have a positive connotation. He can be excited to finally be exposing these scumbag molesters:
I wish it was only that victims of sexual assault aren’t believed. Often, as in Harvey Weinstein’s case, people knew it was true and didn’t care!
I can understand what would turn you off about that phrasing. But it is dangerous for him to speak out and name names. And I think he means exciting as in he’s excited to finally be able to bring these assholes down and get some measure of justice for himself and other victims.
No one believes victims of sexual assault. Male or female. Young or old.
I don’t think there are any victims on the record speaking about Schneider, and Feldman hasn’t named any of his abusers, seemingly because someone has threatened to sue him into oblivion. It very much should be a scandal, but at this point, all there is to go on is rumor.
it’s something i’ve always wondered about. i have no problem believing that an industry that protects women abusers would also protect pedophiles.
Can someone PLEASE tell me why this and the stories of guys like Dan Schneider haven’t gained more traction? Like, yes, women are being raped on casting couches. SO ARE CHILDREN
