Please stop calling them "NASCARs". You don't call F1 cars "F1s" or Indy Cars "Indys/Indies". They're stock cars. Or if you want to be specific, Cup Cars. The fact that "car" is part of the acronym doesn't change the fact that it is a sanctioning body, not a car type.
