vinyasa yoga was fun, my first time. Found i’m pretty solid in the shoulder stacking positions but can use some work on the hamstring flexibility

besides that i’m just trying to maintain strength with calisthenics and weighted variations.

it’s going to be a bummer if my local indoor climbing gym closes because it’s hard to train climbing movement without a wall, and the outdoor climbing areas are not typically inside city limits.

at least in traditional sports you still can do small pick up games at the park. I guess if it does happen we climbers will
