I had an ‘88. I miss it to this day. Pretty much every EB I’ve ever seen had a tan top and had a tan secondary color. Blue/Tan, Red/Tan, Green/Tan, White/Tan... While I haven’t seen them all I think you are correct about the seats and badges.

It could be as simple as the 8's relationship to the 5 on the 10 key portion of the keyboard, that said it should have been caught with a proof read. Sellers like this worry me too. On the other hand, it pisses me off to check the “manual” box in an AutoTrader search and find cars with less than three pedals.

The gauges responding is a big positive with a swap like this. Look at the half assedness as an opportunity personalize it without too much effort. Most of the heavy lifting is done.

I’ve seen ads from that dealer before and all of them seem high. Maybe they will haggle.

Am I the only one that doesn’t give a shit about what Dale Jr. thinks about immigration, Muslims, or politics? I like Dale Jr. and I like to hear what he thinks about concrete vs. asphalt, how to improve plate racing, and racing stuff. There should be some other outlet for all of this political stuff.

Well stated. I sometimes struggle with what a car is worth vs what I would pay for it when I’m voting on the NPOCP. I try to stick to the value of the car regardless of what I would pay but that doesn’t always work.
