It can be difficult to motivate students in the classroom, and games like this can help. Teachers may use it as a station for the students, so they have limited time on it, and supplement other stations with activities. You can have them use the game as part of a wider project. I had a student turn in a project about

I think, personally, it would be easier if they codified the Yes/No/Maybe in some kind of scale, like a higher number is YES and lower number is NO, something like 1-10 or thereabouts to start...

The only reason I play FE is for the characters and relationships. This looks like a way to completely remove that...

I’ll probably get flamed to hell and back again, but I like TFA more than ANH. It was more or less the same plot, but Rey was a far more interesting character than Luke’s endless whining, BB-8 was hilarious, and the whole thing with Kylo Ren I thought was great. I think IV is only good in the light of ESB, which makes

This is sad for me. I get just about every big release, by the Kotaku review box often factored into where in my to play queue games went. Though, I have hardly any time these days to play the games that I can afford now...

Can you pay the full amount for the game ahead of time for preorders on Amazon? Money isn’t really a problem for me, but I budget for one $60 game a week and I like to “set it and forget it,” if you will.

32% play as... a red flag?

If you are a US citizen, you owe taxes no matter where you move to (though they offer a break based on the percentage you pay in your current country). If you didn’t pay taxes, you’d be committing tax fraud, and then it’s a matter of extradition, and how much the government cares, I suppose.

And in return Valve sent them a copy of The Secret of Monkey Island.

I’ve tried pretty much every MOBA (except HotS), and SMITE is the only one I’ve stuck with past a few days. I still play 2-3 times a week (on the Xbox One). It feels much closer to something like Gears of War with magic than it does to League of Legends. It’s a free download and they constantly roll the free gods

I think it’s worth it to go back and finish Hardline. If you skip the arresting mechanic, you can finish the game in a few hours (and a few of the later levels are actually designed around stealth). But I think it’s the most worthwhile story a Battlefield game has ever had. I was actually... interested in it.

I hope this means it hits iOS this month too. I’ve been dying to replay it, but if it’s any longer of a wait, I’ll just pop the old disc into my PS3.

Just in case anyone on here actually does win: DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY. You don’t get $1.3 billion; that is the amount you’ll get if you take 30 payments over the course of 29 years (which you should do), after being adjusted for expected inflation. If you take a lump sum, they’ll withhold 25% for taxes of the ~$800

Uh... so when does it actually come out?

I used to review games and I have an old holdover from when I did. It’s not cutting edge any more, but it's got 2 7990s in it. I think it should be enough for the Rift to stream to and from.

So is the Oculus solely for PC? I don’t really spend much time on my PC any more (the family is near the Xbox), so I’ll probably end up skipping it if it is.

I agree on Witcher 3. It certainly became my all time #1. I’m scared to go back to the DLC because the ending/my experience with it was so complete.

Nick was awesome, but I spent most of my time with Curie. She was just so hard to get to the top, but her perk was great. Also, getting to the Brotherhood part about having sex with nonhumans and chuckling at him.

Arkhangelsk Knight and the subsequent DLC. I kind of floated through it, but a few months past, I realize that it was a waste of a story with terrible characters, poor set up, and gameplay that I mostly really hated. To top it off, the DLC is a ton of money for only a few hours of pointless story.
