Look how much conversation it generated. There’s your reason.

15 free maps? And I see that they also recently just redesigned every map from Halo’s history...

Will this work on the home consoles? Or is it all just PC stuff? I’d like to play/use one, but my gaming PC is in a very tight space with no room for movement while my consoles are out in the living room with plenty of space to walk around and play.

The PS4 is a pretty bad system for JRPGs too. Only one of these games is maybe coming to the PS4. The PS3 and the handhelds are still where it’s at for JRPGs, and I suspect it will remain that way for at least two years. It seems this genre is always the last one to make the shift.

...I dunno. My lady and I loved the heck out of DI1 and played all the play sets twice (no shared achievements in that game is still a sore spot), but we both despised DI2.0. Everything seemed broken, the story sucked and it wasn’t even fun. The only coolish thing was the upgrades to some of the DI1 characters. Plus,

I just watched my fiance replay all three of them on Playstation Now. I’ll be skipping this.

If you switched discs, you’re really close to the end. Act III took me about 6 hours doing all of the side quests. I imagine if you rushed, you could be done in ~3 hours.

DLC wish list:

Sure it’s in Boston? City doesn't look ruined enough to be Boston...

Just wait until they start packing exclusive DLC in with the toys...

I’ve played through Witcher 2 TWICE and I still didn’t know you could visit Roche’s camp outside Flotsam. Jeez... looks like I’m in for a 3rd play through.

I understand the change completely. Twice I’ve seen this game at E3, and both times they had to pause to demo because it melted the computer they were running it on and had to replace it.

“Coming soon”. So like... Wednesday?

And it turns out Splatoon was made with NWC 2015 in mind all along.

That’s a screenshot from the reveal trailer.

I agree on those points, but I do think that Titanfall was basically exactly what they showed and promised. It felt thin because the way the story mode played out, but I think it was what they said it would be.

My main issue with the newer AC games is that they’ve basically jettisoned the story. For a long time I was really into the modern setting story, but that’s effectively done now and there isn’t much continuity between the games, so they really have to push the individual plot of each game. Which is really fine, but

I wonder if I can get the new playsets and play with my old platform, or if I’ll actually have to buy 3.0 to get that. I just want the new Marvel world they announce (and maybe the Inside Out playset), but I don’t really have any interest in dropping another few hundred dollars on Star Wars sets. I don’t even have

The sad thing about Ludia games is that if you DO link it to facebook, that notification doesn’t go away because then it wants you to do their mpoints BS. I play the How to Train Your Dragon game (shamelessly) and I have thousands of mpoints notifications. But if I go in to clear them out, it takes like 10 seconds per
