They could launch it in February to capitalize on the end of the season madness. There's always a 2k surge around March.

They now have about as many expansions as the last two Sims had, so I'd expect Sims 4 in a year or two. Then Sims 3 will be cheap.
I'm fine with this. I just moved to LA.
MONO... D'oh!
They also point out that the bomb has a six mile blast radius (a typical nuke is less than a mile). I don't think any of Gotham would have escaped the blast, let alone the fallout.
It would be cool if they made this game a bit like Mass Effect with both a male and female voice, and then it "scanned" you (with the camera) and determined who your ancestor was from a pool of preset character designs. It would make it feel like you were really one of the assassins.
I think they can because the releases are staggered. CoD comes out every November, like clockwork, so people see the pattern an tire of it. But with that list, Heroes, 1943, and Play4Free were mostly ignored by the masses, so it was two yearss from Bad Co to Bad Co 2 (both March releases), and then a year and half…
There's a movie about that with Jason Biggs and Isla Fisher.
I still work at one of these stores part-time, and the other day a guy came in because he "bought a 360 disk that wouldn't fit in the disc tray." He brought it in, we put the disc in the system and he said "Wait, that's how it works?"
I like that the linked Ultima post also begins with "Not content with..."
I will say the $250 AC:L white Vita system with the memory card is a pretty good deal.
Plays like a complex Civ in space. Really great.
Relevant. Also, I can't comment with my account anymore (Xaxir), as every time I log in, it asks me to log in again.
Well, I'm not running around saying that this new system is the end of the world or that I'm leaving Kotaku for it, but I think it needs a few things to make it as good as the old one.
I thought it was alright, but the fact that it cut out the most blatant plot holes made me enjoy it. Also, that scene in the deck in the Synthesis ending was really sweet. Had this been the ending the game launched with, I'dve had no qualms with it.
It crash lands because the wave blows it up. As the wave of light overcomes it, the engines all explode, and they have no choice but to land on the conveniently placed planet. That's how it happens in all the endings: the light blows up their engines and they crash land.
(spoilers) I don't want the ending to be too different, I have no problem with Shep dying. The differences I'd like to see are 1) Fix the plot holes and inconsistencies. Why did the blast destroy only Shepard's armor? Why did my super loyal crew abandon me? Why did a wave of light that was only mean to machines into…
He says in the post (and says every week), that no one on io9 or in TAY will respond to his comment, but here, people will actually talk to him about Korra. I don't thinks there's a problem with it, and obviously neither do the moderators since not a one these posts have been moved to the cornfield.
I think it would make a lot more sense if you just couldn't use the auction house until you'd beaten the game once through. It would make farming stupidly harder, and wouldn't affect most of the people already on the AH.
Good luck man.
