So good. When my sister calls, I’ve occasionally answered the phone with “Can you garlic ranch blast me now?”

What a great question/answer — I bet he appreciated it.

Alan Cumming has a new series starting in March on CBS:

I’d take this outfit.

I thought her Nashville penthouse in 2012 had a very Sabrina the Teenage Witch vibe:

If she’s getting rid of it I would love that bunny sweatshirt from the opening scenes of the trailer.

She’s just so expressive in general...I love her weirdo characters because they’re always so layered and grounded in their own bizarre reality. I’ve watched this sketch so many times and it never gets old — her gestures, her voice, her eye rolls. “Shut up, Sue...We all hate you. So much.”

(is it bad that a small part of me hopes it’s placenta?)

Now that I think about it, maybe it’s not that surprising...in the novel, Atwood writes about the handmaids using butter as moisturizer and Offred asks the Commander for hand lotion.

This reminded me of Margaret Atwood’s poem “February,” which begins

I need an article about Margaret Atwood’s skincare regimen right now. She’s looking downright dewy in that photo. I wonder what products she uses?

Watching this miniseries is the only time I paid attention in 8th grade confirmation class.

If they’re gonna bring back a white Jesus, I’d prefer to see more Jeremy Sisto (with Debra Messing as Mary Magdalene!).

love RBG but those gloves are triggering my mild trypophobia

I’m really liking the new smoked butterscotch latte. Just had an almond milk one this afternoon. It’s insanely expensive, though.

Reading Meet Addy was literally part of the third grade curriculum at the midwestern public elementary school I attended (the boys complained but the girls were SO into it). I remember some of the “vocabulary words” we were tested on included “pallet,”“shackles,” and “fugitive.”

I actually happened to see the dress in person at an American Girl Place store and it looks really garish and cheap. The prices have stayed high but I think the quality of the doll clothes/accessories isn’t as good since Mattel took over, at least in the historical collections.

Hahaha lots of over-acted Anne Franks as well.

So American Girl decided to bring back Felicity (maybe because Hamilton is so popular?) and I really don’t like her new outfit...
