Aren’t “dynos” done in the same gear looking for the closest 1 to 1 ratio. And the C7 is a 7 speed (didn’t see if manual or auto on dyno) and the new Camaro SS is a 6 speed so I’m betting gearing doesn’t match up. So dynos are obviously going to be a little of 10-20hp is not a big deal IMO
